OFRF offers two types of Conical Mesh Replacement Coils for the OFRF nexMESH Conical Mesh Sub-Ohm Tank; a nexMESH A1 coil and a nexMESH 316L coil. The standard nexMESH A1 coil can be run at 75W to 80W and is made from Kanthal A1. The nexMESH 316L coil is the first temperature control capable conical mesh coil in the industry. This coil can be used with TC mode at 350°F to 540°F for those that prefer temp control, but can also be ran in wattage mode at 55W to 75W. Each replacement coil pack is sold as a pack of two (2) coils.

I don't believe people who are saying that their coils can last an entire month/3 weeks in a row. Normaly, I use a coil and it only last 5-6 days. With the Falcon coils, it was a bit longer than the usual. But, the OFRF coils are just insane. Here is some details on how insane this coil is: I can use an entire bottle of Twelves Monkeys without burning the coil and you guys know how coil killers are the Twelve monkeys. The worst part of it, I was STILL able to use the same coil after 60 Ml of Twelve Monkeys Hakuna. This coil is not all about durability, it is also about the flavor production = better than all the falcon coils if you want my opinion. I can even taste a shit on e-juice without steeping, I mean cmon, this can't be real. Recently, I have made a test with a 120 ML cabana Punch Grapple ICE. I am still able to vape at full flavor after a bottle of 120 ml.Here is the pros and consCons: 1: The coil connectors from the mesh are very easy to break if not handle with care and precision.Pros:1: Very insane flavor production /better than the falcon coils2: Insane durability for some reasons /better than the falcon coils3: Insane vapor production better than the falcon4: very easy to wick5: The price isn't highIf you are tired sick of Falcon coils, switching for the OFRF coils is the best thing you can do. Just make sur to change your plastic tube for the bubble glass on your OFRF sub ohm tank.

The SS316L 0.15 coil is fantastic, typically lasting well over 100mL's of juice and retaining great flavour for more than 95% of its life, on average. The 0.2 coils are less fantastic, they don't support temp control, last around 80mL's of juice on average, and the flavour is less vibrant and becomes muted earlier in its life. That being said, both of the coils are better than a lot of tanks out there. I've had trouble finding replacement glass for this tank, it comes with 1 bubble and 1 straight tank glass, they are made of different materials, the straight glass is far superior in terms of durability (IMO it also looks better and is easier to clean). Another negative feature is the limited wattage ranges of the two coils, though it is worth noting that the vapour production at 75W (SS316L coil) is substantially bigger than some tanks produce when running at >100W. This tank is amazing, it goes far beyond my expectations and I highly recommend the SS316L coils. Unfortunately, DV recently increased (from $9.99) the price on these coils (among other items) and are no longer offering the best price for these coils. 0.15 coil 5/50.2 coil 3.5/5DV price change 1/5Optimal tank function 5/5Final rating 4/5

I recently bought a Uwell Valaryan 2 tank and I still use my Ofrf tank. For some king of juice I prefer the flavor with my Ofrf tank. But, for me they are toe to toe in comparaisons. I use both on different juice.

Shipping Overview

At DashVapes, we're committed to fast, discreet, and reliable shipping. Orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) typically ship the same day. While most orders are processed immediately, please allow up to 3 business days during peak times or for complex orders. Any items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. We partner with DHL to deliver within Italy, and all shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout.

Proof of Age

All orders require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup. Only the person listed on the shipping address can retrieve the package. Please note that any order returned to us due to failed age verification is considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 100.00 € within Italy (75.00 € for Silver tier or higher). If the lowest available shipping option exceeds 15.00 €, we'll cover up to that amount, and you'll only be responsible for the difference – this is known as Reduced Shipping. Please note that overstock items do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold, and certain products may be excluded based on size or weight. Additionally, some free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) are shipped the same day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that most carriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, which may affect delivery timelines. We currently ship to Italy using DHL. Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package – tracking typically becomes active by the end of the day or by the next business day. If you do not see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking details anytime by visiting your My Account page.

Insurance

All tracked shipping methods include insurance coverage of up to 100.00 € to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that free shipping methods – especially those that are untracked – do not include insurance. If you want full coverage for your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from both Canada and Europe to a wide range of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will be returned to us at your expense, and the original order will be considered non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the returns process to be eligible for a refund – please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, due to the nature of custom production, e-liquids cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

General Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

Any manufacturer defects are fully covered under our 30-day Bronze Tier Warranty, offering added peace of mind. Please note that consumable items – such as e-liquid, flavouring, coils, tanks, drip tips, accessories, rebuildable supplies, and replacement parts – are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage

Your Bronze Tier Warranty covers eligible items for 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us; we'll cover the cost of sending replacements.

What's Not Covered

  • Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
  • Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
  • Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period

What Is Covered

  • Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
  • Malfunctioning charging ports
  • Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
  • Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are strictly final sale and are not covered under any warranty – no exceptions. Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. If your disposable vape arrives dead on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted video showing the issue along with all original packaging. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will void any possibility of compensation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dashvapes.com. Once we verify the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost. Please note that if the original items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.

Product Exchanges

Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) or fall within the warranty period are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the exact same item in the same colour or option. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable alternative at our discretion. Please note that exchanges under warranty are strictly one-for-one replacements – refunds or store credit will not be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. Please note that original shipping fees incurred by DashVapes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Underage Purchases

All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country.

If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, final sale items are strictly non-refundable. Any eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.

If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and regional laws, and no exceptions will be made.

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order, we've got you covered. Simply contact us, and we'll issue the difference as store credit. This guarantee ensures that you're never penalized for shopping early – just another way we stand behind our pricing and reward our customers for their loyalty.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on consumable products such as e-liquid, flavor concentrates, disposable vapes, rebuildable parts, batteries, accessories, or replacement components. Any product showing signs of physical damage or misuse – including broken glass, stripped threads, water or fire damage, or general wear and tear from regular use – will also be ineligible for return. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. To request an RMA, simply visit https://dev.dashvapes.com/it/rma and complete the short form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Return Address

After your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Be sure to include a copy of your RMA approval email inside the package to avoid delays. All items must be packaged securely, and we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes both tracking and insurance. Please note that DashVapes Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
