I appreciate honesty, as do the wonderful staff at Dashvapes. In keeping with the spirit of honesty I have with the company, I'll review this pod as tactfully and forgivingly as I can.It is impossible to fill this without juice bubbling up out of the fill port, and you'll find yourself stopping and dabbing up overflowing juice multiple times while filling. I've tried filling them slowly, quickly, and everything in between. There is no getting around this. There have been one or two fills where I seemed to have found the "sweet spot". This would be infuriating to someone quitting smoking and switching to vaping. The fill port also seems to be somewhat of a point of failure for leaks as well. Last night without prompting, the pod itself started leaking. It actually seemed to be coming from the side where the fill port is, or the very far corner of the pod. I've also has situations where I've found a leak in action, centered around the fill port area. This was apparent on day 2 or 3. I don't have much confidence in these fill ports longevity wise.In fairness, this pod had been taken in and out of the device on a daily basis, and because of the extremely tight fit, it was actually taking paint chips off of the inside of the pod where it sits from the intense friction caused by the tightness with which the pod is held. So, this particular pod has been through a lot.The devices grip has loosened up a bit, so that friction that seems to cause damage to both the device and the pod has lessened. I want to cut Aspire some slack, as these CRC pods have a completely different filling mechanism then the standard ones. Still, after one week of use, I feel like I shouldn't be questioning the integrity of the pod, and considering swapping it out with a backup I'd bought. I shouldn't be dreading filling it, for the juice that will spill out onto my fingers. I've probably wasted 2ml of juice just from a week's worth of overflow.It's an okay pod made from durable plastic, but given that the pod seems to be a point of failure for Flexus, I'm going to have to give it 3 stars. I've come to expect better from Aspire, and it is my hope that they will take the time to remedy this Pod design. Vaping should not bring you this amount of stress.

I use to use prefilled pods and I really liked being able yo switch flavors on the go. Now that I have a second pod for my aspire flexus q I can do that.

I LIKE THE SHAPE OF THE POD AND IT FEELS GOOD TO USE BUT I DO NOT LIKE THAT IT IS NOT TRANSPARENT. IF IT WAS CLEAR OR CLEARER THEN IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER TO SEE THROUGH AND TO FILL FOR MY WORN OUT EYES. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE DASH VAPES SERVICE! THEY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER AND I CAN ACTUALLY TALK TO A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON TO HELP ME OUT. WE HAVE ALSO USED THE ONLINE CHAT SERVICE ON OCCASION. WEBSITE IS GOOD AND CLEAR AND DELIVERY IS QUICK. The CRC "Valve Bottom Fill" is a bad method. I often end up with juice on my lap because it won't take anymore even though there are still air bubbles inside. It also impossible to completly remove one juice before putting a new one in which won't affect most people but is annoying when testing different DIY Eliquids.

I have purchased several of these pods and found that some fit great and snug with very little leakage. Those deserve a 5 star rating, however I have also found that some either come already looser fitting or get loose very quickly. I dont think I have ever dropped my device which leads me to believe that the make of these is not consistent. So when they are good they are great and the price is also great, they dont leak much at all and are very easy to clean/rinse out when changing the coil. But buy back ups because some dont last as long as others

We partner with DHL to deliver within Vatican City, and all shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout.

Proof of Age

All orders require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup. Only the person listed on the shipping address can retrieve the package. Please note that any order returned to us due to failed age verification is considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 100.00 € within Vatican City (75.00 € for Silver tier or higher). If the lowest available shipping option exceeds 15.00 €, we'll cover up to that amount, and you'll only be responsible for the difference – this is known as Reduced Shipping. Please note that overstock items do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold, and certain products may be excluded based on size or weight. Additionally, some free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) are shipped the same day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that most carriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, which may affect delivery timelines. We currently ship to Vatican City using DHL. Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package – tracking typically becomes active by the end of the day or by the next business day. If you do not see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking details anytime by visiting your My Account page.

Insurance

All tracked shipping methods include insurance coverage of up to 100.00 € to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that free shipping methods – especially those that are untracked – do not include insurance. If you want full coverage for your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from both Canada and Europe to a wide range of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will be returned to us at your expense, and the original order will be considered non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the returns process to be eligible for a refund – please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, due to the nature of custom production, e-liquids cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

General Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

Any manufacturer defects are fully covered under our 30-day Bronze Tier Warranty, offering added peace of mind. Please note that consumable items – such as e-liquid, flavouring, coils, tanks, drip tips, accessories, rebuildable supplies, and replacement parts – are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage

Your Bronze Tier Warranty covers eligible items for 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us; we'll cover the cost of sending replacements.

What's Not Covered

  • Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
  • Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
  • Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period

What Is Covered

  • Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
  • Malfunctioning charging ports
  • Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
  • Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are strictly final sale and are not covered under any warranty – no exceptions. Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. If your disposable vape arrives dead on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted video showing the issue along with all original packaging. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will void any possibility of compensation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dashvapes.com. Once we verify the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost. Please note that if the original items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.

Product Exchanges

Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) or fall within the warranty period are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the exact same item in the same colour or option. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable alternative at our discretion. Please note that exchanges under warranty are strictly one-for-one replacements – refunds or store credit will not be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. Please note that original shipping fees incurred by DashVapes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Underage Purchases

All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country.

If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, final sale items are strictly non-refundable. Any eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.

If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and regional laws, and no exceptions will be made.

Price Guarantee

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order, we've got you covered. Simply contact us, and we'll issue the difference as store credit. This guarantee ensures that you're never penalized for shopping early – just another way we stand behind our pricing and reward our customers for their loyalty.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on consumable products such as e-liquid, flavor concentrates, disposable vapes, rebuildable parts, batteries, accessories, or replacement components. Any product showing signs of physical damage or misuse – including broken glass, stripped threads, water or fire damage, or general wear and tear from regular use – will also be ineligible for return. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. To request an RMA, simply visit https://dev.dashvapes.com/va/rma and complete the short form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Return Address

After your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Be sure to include a copy of your RMA approval email inside the package to avoid delays. All items must be packaged securely, and we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes both tracking and insurance. Please note that DashVapes Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
