In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.

We use DHL to deliver within Netherlands. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

All packages require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued ID.

If you're not home, the package will be held at your local post office for pickup with ID. Only the shipping addressee can retrieve it.

Packages returned due to failed age verification are non-refundable.

Free shipping on orders over 75 € within Netherlands.

If the lowest shipping cost exceeds 15.00 €, we cover up to 15.00 €, and you pay the rest. This is called Reduced Shipping.
