I've been using the AZ3 Caliburn for a little over a week, and has replaced all my previous Caliburns. I'm going to make a Pro/Cons list here so I can hit every highlight!Pros: - This new battery is one I can definitely say will last you 24 hours, with ease. I refilled my Pod twice before thinking "oh yeah, maybe I should charge this". Haha!-The 0.8 ohm Pod gives you a very satisfying, flavorful draw. Even at lower battery power!- The Auto Draw system is intuitive. No buttons to click it on and off! You just grab it and go.- It's so cool to watch the logo pulse green when you're taking a hit. I'm a man of simple pleasures.-The shape and form factor make all the difference. You can actually stand this up and never worry about it falling over. This is a HUGE advantage over the stick style! There are a couple of small Cons, as with any device. Let's go over them.Cons: - The flashing battery life indicator on mine isn't too accurate, as it always pulses green. Once I plug it in, it will indicate where the battery is at while charging. Still, I've never run out of battery power. - The 0.8. Ohm Pod that came with the package leaked from the bottom sides. I replaced it with one from the 4 pack, have had no further leaking issues, so it was just a dud. Because these are mass produced, a dud pod here and there is par for the course with ANY brand. And with UWell, it practically never happens. I'm not worried about it, but thought I'd note it.Verdict: I truly feel this is the best device UWell has ever released. The price point makes it easy to jump in, grab yourself a 4 pack of pods, and you're good for a LONG while. No buttons, easy to refill, I can't say enough good things about it. 9/10 in my books!I'll review the a3 coils in a seperate review, as I want to put it through its paces. Gotta say though, so far so good on the 0.8ohm coil! The Strawmelon Mint (a dash vapes juice) really shines, and with no added sweeteners, I have a feeling these pods are go a long, long time.Chefs Kiss on this one! You can't lose.

Have 2 now and replaced my koko and stick version. Battery holds up better and it is easier to hide.

Great device, battery life is amazing and so is the flavors it produces. My only complaint is it's too small in the hand. Could be a little longer but that could also be because I'm 6'4 and have bear paws.

No issues with flavor or spit back. Great battery will get you through a whole day no problem unless you have it hooked up to a breathing machine. Con is the feel in your hand is too short a little longer and would be perfect. More of a comfortable hold. Also the pod should be more centred so when you vape hands free the pod doesn't fall out having the vape fall onto the ground. Would recommend but I'm still considering other options that offer the same battery life.

Customer service was great when I had to switch from the unavailable pods for another device to this AZ3. AZ3 itself is not good. It leaks all the time. Half of the pods just leaks. My nephew bought Uwell Caliburn and he told me that its good but that was a different product. I bought this AZ3 thinking as all caliburns are good but NO. Not all Caliburn devices are good. I hope Dashvape will change my AZ3 to another Caliburn device. Usually they are very good at providing customer satisfaction.

Overall great little vape. Fits in the pocket nicely and small in the hand. Easy to hide vaping at work or class. All day battery life. Would recommend having a second pod if you're a heavy vaper like myself to get you through the day. Caliburn is a reliable brand at affordable price.

I am new to the world of vaping. I have been waiting for devices like this one.It is very simple to use and you can easily switch between pods with different tastes. Filling the pods is also a breeze.The device itself is almost idiot proof. The battery life is more than sufficient and recharging is standard USB-C. I like the feature that a led lights up with every puff to show the battery status. I also like the fact that you do not have to push a button to use it. Just take a puff and it works. You can attach a lanyard to it, so you can always have it dangling around your neck.The pods are easy to use and you can see how much fluid is left while they are in the Caliburn.I like the fact that 7you can switch pods so you can choose and mix tastes whenever you want. Just get some extra pods and fill them with the tastes you like. Dashvapes has plenty of tastes on offer and you can even mix your own brews, if you want. I especially like the menthol variations and use them without any nicotine at all.I cannot judge the taste and vaping experience itself, as I am a first time vaper...I my opinion, this is a vaper that is very good for first time users.

Proof of Age

All orders require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup. Only the person listed on the shipping address can retrieve the package. Please note that any order returned to us due to failed age verification is considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over US$1,025.00 within Indonesia (US$1,000.00 for Silver tier or higher). If the lowest available shipping option exceeds US$15.00, we'll cover up to that amount, and you'll only be responsible for the difference – this is known as Reduced Shipping. Please note that overstock items do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold, and certain products may be excluded based on size or weight. Additionally, some free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) are shipped the same day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that most carriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, which may affect delivery timelines. We currently ship to Indonesia using DHL. Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package – tracking typically becomes active by the end of the day or by the next business day. If you do not see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking details anytime by visiting your My Account page.

Insurance

All tracked shipping methods include insurance coverage of up to US$100.00 to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that free shipping methods – especially those that are untracked – do not include insurance. If you want full coverage for your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from both Canada and Europe to a wide range of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will be returned to us at your expense, and the original order will be considered non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the returns process to be eligible for a refund – please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, due to the nature of custom production, e-liquids cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

General Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

Any manufacturer defects are fully covered under our 30-day Bronze Tier Warranty, offering added peace of mind. Please note that consumable items – such as e-liquid, flavouring, coils, tanks, drip tips, accessories, rebuildable supplies, and replacement parts – are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage

Your Bronze Tier Warranty covers eligible items for 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us; we'll cover the cost of sending replacements.

What's Not Covered

  • Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
  • Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
  • Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period

What Is Covered

  • Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
  • Malfunctioning charging ports
  • Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
  • Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are strictly final sale and are not covered under any warranty – no exceptions. Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. If your disposable vape arrives dead on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted video showing the issue along with all original packaging. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will void any possibility of compensation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dashvapes.com. Once we verify the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost. Please note that if the original items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.

Product Exchanges

Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) or fall within the warranty period are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the exact same item in the same colour or option. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable alternative at our discretion. Please note that exchanges under warranty are strictly one-for-one replacements – refunds or store credit will not be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. Please note that original shipping fees incurred by DashVapes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Underage Purchases

All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country.

If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, final sale items are strictly non-refundable. Any eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.

If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and regional laws, and no exceptions will be made.

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order, we've got you covered. Simply contact us, and we'll issue the difference as store credit. Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on consumable products such as e-liquid, flavor concentrates, disposable vapes, rebuildable parts, batteries, accessories, or replacement components. Any product showing signs of physical damage or misuse – including broken glass, stripped threads, water or fire damage, or general wear and tear from regular use – will also be ineligible for return. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. To request an RMA, simply visit https://dev.dashvapes.com/id/rma and complete the short form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Return Address

After your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Be sure to include a copy of your RMA approval email inside the package to avoid delays. All items must be packaged securely, and we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes both tracking and insurance. Please note that DashVapes Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
