I have noticed that if you keep your tank above half full ALL the time your coil will last way longer , I've noticed over countless Nautilus coils , keep on vaping friends , CHEERS

So the nautilus is like the Rolls of vapes - and like anything so fancy, theirs always one very simple downfall - just like a high end car might have major issues if you put cheep gas in it. Don't use the cheap stuff in here!!! I don't know what the science is behind it, but the cheaper ejuice kills these coils. First it hits harsh, then leaks through the air holes, crackle/gurgling as it drowns in the residue of unvaped build up. Example: --g2 carny refilling 2-3x a day, last a week+ before needing a new coil.--using cheaper ejuice last 2 days before the taste got so bad, and the leaking would not stop even when i switched back to a higher end one. It just mutilates the cotton.*the cheaper ejuices were mainly from 180vape's house line: vanilla, caramel macchiato, and mocha destroyed 5 coils in 2 weeks before i gave up testing this theory...I gave the ejuices to a coworker i don't like.

Replacement coils for Nautilus 2 tanks come in 1.8Ohm and 0.7Ohm variants (it can also fit Triton Mini coils for reference). I've found the 0.7Ohm coil to behave better for me and provide better flavour, and a bit more vapour, as compared to the 1.8Ohm, but it's probably worth trying both as tastes and preferences vary. I'd recommend you ensure the coil is screwed in well however as the questionable chimney design of the tank will result in an o-ring gripping the top of the coil once you screw it down and it is not unheard of for the coil to unscrew along with the cap if you don't have the coil in nice and tight to start with. Assuming you tighten the coil well when changing them, this shouldn't be an issue. I have no issues with this coil wicking juices as high as 80/20, although you definitely need to cool it slightly with chain vaping once the VG is particularly high to allow time for the cotton to wick the thicker juices. Have never had issues with 50/50 and 70/30 juices. I'm rating the coil 5 stars as it is a very good stock coil in my experience; any design issues that cause issues for some with the Nautilus 2 are related to the tank.

Ive been ordering these coils for ages, since my first Nautilus mini up to Nautilus 3. They fit the description perfectly. They are really good, of course I get an odd ball once in a while, nobodys perfect. Im vaping between 7-8.5W and the coils last minimun 10 days.

The 0.7 give a much better taste and throat hit than the original Nautilus coils and are compatible with the original Nautilus tank.

At DashVapes, we're committed to fast, discreet, and reliable shipping. Orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) typically ship the same day. While most orders are processed immediately, please allow up to 3 business days during peak times or for complex orders. Any items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. We partner with DHL to deliver within Greece, and all shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout.

Proof of Age

All orders require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup. Only the person listed on the shipping address can retrieve the package. Please note that any order returned to us due to failed age verification is considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 60.00 € within Greece (35.00 € for Silver tier or higher). If the lowest available shipping option exceeds 15.00 €, we'll cover up to that amount, and you'll only be responsible for the difference – this is known as Reduced Shipping. Please note that overstock items do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold, and certain products may be excluded based on size or weight. Additionally, some free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) are shipped the same day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that most carriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, which may affect delivery timelines. We currently ship to Greece using DHL. Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package – tracking typically becomes active by the end of the day or by the next business day. If you do not see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking details anytime by visiting your My Account page.

Insurance

All tracked shipping methods include insurance coverage of up to 100.00 € to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that free shipping methods – especially those that are untracked – do not include insurance. If you want full coverage for your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from both Canada and Europe to a wide range of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will be returned to us at your expense, and the original order will be considered non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the returns process to be eligible for a refund – please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, due to the nature of custom production, e-liquids cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

General Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

Any manufacturer defects are fully covered under our 30-day Bronze Tier Warranty, offering added peace of mind. Please note that consumable items – such as e-liquid, flavouring, coils, tanks, drip tips, accessories, rebuildable supplies, and replacement parts – are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage

Your Bronze Tier Warranty covers eligible items for 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us; we'll cover the cost of sending replacements.

What's Not Covered

  • Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
  • Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
  • Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period

What Is Covered

  • Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
  • Malfunctioning charging ports
  • Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
  • Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are strictly final sale and are not covered under any warranty – no exceptions. Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. If your disposable vape arrives dead on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted video showing the issue along with all original packaging. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will void any possibility of compensation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dashvapes.com. Once we verify the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost. Please note that if the original items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.

Product Exchanges

Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) or fall within the warranty period are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the exact same item in the same colour or option. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable alternative at our discretion. Please note that exchanges under warranty are strictly one-for-one replacements – refunds or store credit will not be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. Please note that original shipping fees incurred by DashVapes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Underage Purchases

All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country.

If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, final sale items are strictly non-refundable. Any eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.

If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and regional laws, and no exceptions will be made.

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order, we've got you covered. Simply contact us, and we'll issue the difference as store credit. Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on consumable products such as e-liquid, flavor concentrates, disposable vapes, rebuildable parts, batteries, accessories, or replacement components. Any product showing signs of physical damage or misuse – including broken glass, stripped threads, water or fire damage, or general wear and tear from regular use – will also be ineligible for return. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. To request an RMA, simply visit https://dev.dashvapes.com/gr/rma and complete the short form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Return Address

After your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Be sure to include a copy of your RMA approval email inside the package to avoid delays. All items must be packaged securely, and we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes both tracking and insurance. Please note that DashVapes Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
