General Return Policy
We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

What's Not Covered
- Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
- Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
- Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
- Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
- Products that are no longer within the warranty period
What Is Covered
- Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
- Malfunctioning charging ports
- Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
- Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.
Disposable Vapes
Disposable vapes are not covered under any warranty. They are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event your item arrives dead on arrival, you must inform us with a video including all original packaging within 24 hours of your package delivery time.
Wrong or Missing Items
If we made an error in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@dashvapes.com.
We will send a prepaid return label and ship replacements once the original items are returned. Items not returned within 14 days may be charged back to the original payment method.
Product Exchanges
DOA and under-warranty items may be exchanged for the same item in the same color. If the item is discontinued, we will offer a suitable alternative.
We cannot issue refunds or credits on warranty exchanges.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Cash, cheque, and debit orders receive store credit.
Please allow 7 business days for processing after returned items are received and inspected. Refund times vary by bank.
When applicable, store credit is issued in reward points usable online or in-store.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.
Underage Purchases
Every package that we ship utilizes Age Verification service. This means that in order for the carrier to hand over the package, you must verify that you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country. If the carrier cannot verify your age, they will ship the items back to us. Once the items return, final sale items (as outlined below) are non-refundable. Any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as any shipping charges incurred for shipping the items to you, and for the carrier to ship them back to us. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
Price Guarantee
If the price of a purchased item drops within 30 days of your order, we'll credit you the difference as store credit.
Non-returnable & Final Sale Items
Clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
We also cannot accept returns on consumables (e-liquid, flavours, disposables, rebuildables, batteries, accessories, replacement parts, etc.).
Returns are not accepted for physical damage or misuse, including drops, broken glass, water/fire damage, and wear from regular use.

Return Address
Once your RMA is approved, return items within 30 days. Include your RMA approval email in the package. Package all items securely and use a tracked, insured shipping method. DashVapes Inc is not responsible for damage or loss in transit.
