At DashVapes, we offer fast, discreet shipping. Orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) typically ship the same day.

In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.

We use DHL to deliver within Denmark. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

All packages require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued ID.

If you're not home, the package will be held at your local post office for pickup with ID. Only the shipping addressee can retrieve it.

Packages returned due to failed age verification are non-refundable.

Free shipping on orders over 75 € within Denmark.

If the lowest shipping cost exceeds 15.00 €, we cover up to 15.00 €, and you pay the rest. This is called Reduced Shipping.

Overstock items do not count toward the threshold. Some items may be excluded due to size/weight.

Free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Due to custom production, e-liquids cannot be canceled or refunded once created.
