I bought a nord from a local store and the pod cracked in under a day, no idea why. They didn't have any replacements in stock and didn't make any effort to fix the problem with the defective kit. This pack of pods from DashVapes got here FAST and the price can't be beat. And the pods haven't cracked after weeks of use! Thanks DV

I used to have different devices before with another seller and the head replacement weren't usually exactly fit but not with this one, also no leak incidents so far, I will probably order again when I need to, recommended!

They are overall a below average pod because they simple break far too easily. And they are hard to fill up. Do not recommend and that rarely is my opinion.

The seal broke on my first one after a month or so, they’re made a bit too tight for the vape and the seal is weak so every time you pull it out you’re pulling on that seal which eventually wears out, then it starts leaking and comes apart. They’re not too expensive so not a huge cost to pay to swap them out every few months, they hold a lot of liquid and allow bigger coils which are great coils, so it’s something I’ll put up with until the next one I get.

We use Weels Same-day Delivery, canada and UPS to deliver within Canada. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Proof of Age

All packages require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued ID.

If you're not home, the package will be held at your local post office for pickup with ID. Only the shipping addressee can retrieve it.

Packages returned due to failed age verification are non-refundable.

Same-Day Delivery

Available for select postal zones in Canada. Orders must be placed before 11:30 AM local time.

Free for qualifying reward tiers. Delivery window is 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Must show valid 19+ ID to the driver. Missed deliveries incur a C$6.00 redelivery fee.

Free shipping on orders over C$35 within Canada.

If the lowest shipping cost exceeds C$15.00, we cover up to C$15.00, and you pay the rest. This is called Reduced Shipping.

Overstock items do not count toward the threshold. Some items may be excluded due to size/weight.

Free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed 7 days a week (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 1:30 PM EST usually ship the same day.

Tracking numbers are sent via email once shipping labels are generated. Weekend orders ship the next business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Most carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

We use Weels Same-day Delivery, canada and UPS to deliver to Canada.

Insurance

All tracked packages are insured up to C$100.

Free shipping methods are not insured.

International Shipping

We ship internationally from Canada and Europe. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply.

Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us before the order is shipped to make changes or cancel. After shipping, returns are required for refunds (shipping is non-refundable).

Due to custom production, e-liquids cannot be canceled or refunded once created.
