So far I am enjoying the Madagascar juice! As I sit here writing this review I take a hit for inspiration, so good! the flavours are well balanced. I find I notice the strawberry and banana on the inhale, and the strawberry and mango on the exhale, but that could just be me. I will be using this juice as my daily juice until the bottle is finished. As for harshness on the coil and and hit, I haven't noticed any loss in flavour in the last 3 days of use, so it seems to fair well without gumming up the coil. As for consumption, I'd say it holds up fairly well. I refill about once a day, sometimes more depending on my usage, but I don't seem to be running through it as quick as other juices I've tried. Shipping was fast on DashVapes end, within the same day of ordering I believe it was shipped, But it did take nearly 2 weeks to get across the country due to COVID and a snow storm. Overall, I enjoy the juice, and look forward to trying more!PS, I wonder how an ICED version would taste? nothing too potent, but more subtle for a slight cooling effect?

Got this a while ago in salts, was obsessed, got it again in 3mg and definitely an ADV. All the flavors come together perfectly and tastes exactly like a pristine smoothie. Big clouds with this juice and the description is on point. Definitely better on mesh coils but on my RDA with my regular coils its still amazing. With the salts I had no throat hit but with the freebase (3mg) I get a slight hit on the exhale that's negligible; One of the only vape juices I would highly highly recommend. 10/10 for me.

This Madagascar is pretty good, nice throat hit not to sweet for me, but is sweet, first time vaping strawberry, or mango seams like all flavours are there, thinking the strawberry comes out the most, using my voopoo Navi the flavours are coming out great, I waited a couple of days to see if it was a all day vape for me and it is, all though I vape different flavours I like this one, let it steep a couple of days with a new coil to be sure youre getting the best taste possible...

Initial impressions were honestly pretty awful out of a Falcon King with M-Dual coils. Had a strong chemical aftertaste and a strange flowery or herbal note on DTL draw. After a few hours steeping and a switch to a higher wattage the mango comes through well and not overly sweet like their Serenity juice, but the banana tastes like chemical banana bread. I don't get the strawberry at all.Tried it again on a mech mod with a dual coil RDA and the chemical taste is lessened but the overall package still leaves me wanting either a more pure banana flavour or more sweetener to hide that chemical taste. Needs some tweaking but all the pieces are there for this to be a very good flavour.

What a lovely combination of flavors! This actually yasyes better than a smoothie you could make at home, lol. ADV for sure and a nice throat hit. Not hard on coils, and a very consistent flavor. I will be buying this again. Would like to try it in regular 3mg nicotine to see what it's like in an RTA - I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Highly recommend!

pleasantly surprised - decided to make an impulse buy and pleased i did. definitely a somewhat "complex" arrangement of berry, mango and banana, but definitely not getting the "artificial" after taste i get with a lot of other flavours. will likely buy again

Let this juice steep for a few weeks. Burp the bottle everyday and give a a good two minute shake several times a dayyoull be rewarded with one of the best peach flavoure youve ever tasted..lill buy this again..

This is my favourite juice Ive ever tried! Tastes like the most perfect strawberry banana smoothie, not to sweet which is really nice in my opinion. This is my 5th purchase of the 120mL bottle and Im still not sick of it. Creates pretty dope clouds, and everyone loves the smell. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

Proof of Age

All orders require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup. Only the person listed on the shipping address can retrieve the package. Please note that any order returned to us due to failed age verification is considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available in select postal zones across Canada for orders placed before 11:30 AM local time. This service is free for customers in qualifying rewards tiers and operates between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM, excluding holidays. A valid government-issued photo ID confirming you are 19 or older must be presented to the driver upon delivery. Missed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee of US$10.00. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over US$175.00 within Australia (US$150.00 for Silver tier or higher). If the lowest available shipping option exceeds US$15.00, we'll cover up to that amount, and you'll only be responsible for the difference – this is known as Reduced Shipping. Please note that overstock items do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold, and certain products may be excluded based on size or weight. Additionally, some free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 1:30 PM EST are shipped the same day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that most carriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, which may affect delivery timelines. We currently ship to Australia using Canada Post and UPS. Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package – tracking typically becomes active by the end of the day or by the next business day. If you do not see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking details anytime by visiting your My Account page.

Insurance

All tracked shipping methods include insurance coverage of up to US$100.00 to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that free shipping methods – especially those that are untracked – do not include insurance. If you want full coverage for your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from both Canada and Europe to a wide range of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will be returned to us at your expense, and the original order will be considered non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the returns process to be eligible for a refund – please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, due to the nature of custom production, e-liquids cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

General Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

Any manufacturer defects are fully covered under our 30-day Bronze Tier Warranty, offering added peace of mind. Please note that consumable items – such as e-liquid, flavouring, coils, tanks, drip tips, accessories, rebuildable supplies, and replacement parts – are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage

Your Bronze Tier Warranty covers eligible items for 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us; we'll cover the cost of sending replacements.

What's Not Covered

  • Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
  • Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
  • Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period

What Is Covered

  • Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
  • Malfunctioning charging ports
  • Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
  • Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are strictly final sale and are not covered under any warranty – no exceptions. Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. If your disposable vape arrives dead on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted video showing the issue along with all original packaging. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will void any possibility of compensation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dashvapes.com. Once we verify the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost. Please note that if the original items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.

Product Exchanges

Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) or fall within the warranty period are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the exact same item in the same colour or option. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable alternative at our discretion. Please note that exchanges under warranty are strictly one-for-one replacements – refunds or store credit will not be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , interac e-transfer, or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. Please note that original shipping fees incurred by DashVapes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Underage Purchases

All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country. (In Canada, if you select UPS as your shipping method, you must be at least 19 years old — regardless of your province's legal age.)

If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, final sale items are strictly non-refundable. Any eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.

If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and regional laws, and no exceptions will be made.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on consumable products such as e-liquid, flavor concentrates, disposable vapes, rebuildable parts, batteries, accessories, or replacement components. Any product showing signs of physical damage or misuse – including broken glass, stripped threads, water or fire damage, or general wear and tear from regular use – will also be ineligible for return. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. To request an RMA, simply visit https://dev.dashvapes.com/au/rma and complete the short form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Return Address

After your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Be sure to include a copy of your RMA approval email inside the package to avoid delays. All items must be packaged securely, and we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes both tracking and insurance. Please note that DashVapes Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
