These pods used to be great. Not sure what happened but something changed. Ordered 5 packs and literally every coil burnt out within a day when the same pods with the same juice used to last me almost a week. Very disappointing and waste of money.

These pods vape super super good. So far so good on life from them. Uwell really know how to make a good coil. Some products with them are hit and miss but the havok and this new a2 is one of the best pod systems of the year and probably next. I hope uwell keeps this pod for years to come because of how well it vapes. It will be loved by many users just like the original !!!

These pods are awesome. Easy to navigate CRC fill port, which prevents leakage completely. The one gripe I had about the original Caliburn pods is that they would start leaking at any given temperature change. I've been using the A2 Pod for the past 4 days in every type of weather and humidity level you could imagine, and there have been no leaks. There's barely even been a trace of condensation in the base of the device, which is awesome. No spitback either! As for Coil life, I've been using Frozen Peach Melonade, and the pods aren't showing any signs of slowing down. No gunking, and the cotton barely looks used. I anticipate I'll get at LEAST another 4 days out of the pod the device came with. This will vary depending on the flavor of juice you use of course.This pod produces impressive flavor. Very reminiscent of a middle ground between thr original Caliburn Pods and the original Koko pods. A nice warm vape where each nuance of the flavor stands out. The Min fill line is slightly annoying, but understandable given that it's a hefty coil for a pod that size. Plus, given how easy it is to refill, it's not a big deal. I feel comfortable giving my overall consensus on the Caliburn A2. It has all the things you loved about the original, with a bunch of improvements. It really is the best thing Uwell has put out since the original Caliburn, and I'm glad they took their time to get it right. I'm going to grab another one, since I want to collect another Color or two. This is one vape that produces no Buyers remorse.

Everything about this pod is good like it lasts long and I can taste flavor better than other caliburn pods but the mouth part is too tight like every time I try to open to refill the juice, I either get scratch on my finger or break my nails.

Honestly if you dont look for flavour these are very good. The shape of the pod is also exceptional, these are THE most comfortable ever1 the draw and the clouds are beautiful, but I find that they mute the flavours somehow. The same juice tastes sweeter, crispier, fresher in another pod than this one. At the same time, the work well for coconut, custards, tobaccos and the like, which is what I use them for these days. Time wise, they leave to be desired. Seriously. These pods lose flavour very fast, and once you get a few bad hits every drag keeps some bad flavour . I managed to use some pods for 30 mls, but mostly I had to change them sooner than that ( I do like good strong sweet flavours)So yes, while I adore the shape factor and the initial performance, unfortunately these pods dont last very long which makes me hate that I love them so short for so much money. Hopefully UWell can improve on them, or I might just look elsewhere .

It's not common to get 1 or even 2 bad pods in a box of 4 (!!!) that will leak everywhere, even after the first refill. I had one that didn't even had the seal cap, so the juice came out right away when I was feeling it. I have the habit now to check like almost each time by removing the pod if it has leaked somewhere on the contacts. You literally have to wipe then with your finger in that little space more often than it should. Obviously, I'm buying there because there's no other brands. I even bought an Aspire Flexus, just because I wanted to stop having juice everywhere. "Sad" thing is that I still prefer my Caliburn, so there's nothing to do except asking Caliburn to PLEASE, review your pods quality.

Prefer the old pod. Cap is hard to come off, and doesnt attach properly causing issues at times. Nice its a 4 pack.

When removing the drip tip to refill the pod, the pod tends to crack after only the second fill causing liquid to get into the centre airway and into your mouth.This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

This wasn't always the case, but lately, out of the box, the caps are very hard to remove and often crack in the process of trying to remove them. Then, whether cracked or not, they don't stay on properly. I've lost count of how may caps I've lost. I also find that it's hit or miss in terms of how long the pod lasts before I need to replace it. Some pods last me weeks and others only a few days.

While most orders are processed immediately, please allow up to 3 business days during peak times or for complex orders. Any items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available. We partner with DHL to deliver within Albania, and all shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated in real time at checkout.

Proof of Age

All orders require age verification upon delivery. You must present valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the package will be held at your local post office or carrier facility for pickup. Only the person listed on the shipping address can retrieve the package. Please note that any order returned to us due to failed age verification is considered non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 1,025.00 € within Albania (1,000.00 € for Silver tier or higher). If the lowest available shipping option exceeds 15.00 €, we'll cover up to that amount, and you'll only be responsible for the difference – this is known as Reduced Shipping. Please note that overstock items do not contribute toward the free shipping threshold, and certain products may be excluded based on size or weight. Additionally, some free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 14:00 (Eastern European Time GMT+3) are shipped the same day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

Carrier Restrictions

Please note that most carriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, which may affect delivery timelines. We currently ship to Albania using DHL. Carrier availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package – tracking typically becomes active by the end of the day or by the next business day. If you do not see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your tracking details anytime by visiting your My Account page.

Insurance

All tracked shipping methods include insurance coverage of up to 100.00 € to protect against loss or damage in transit. Please be aware that free shipping methods – especially those that are untracked – do not include insurance. If you want full coverage for your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured delivery option at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping from both Canada and Europe to a wide range of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be assessed by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it will be returned to us at your expense, and the original order will be considered non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the returns process to be eligible for a refund – please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, due to the nature of custom production, e-liquids cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once they have entered the manufacturing stage.

General Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in the quality of our products and service. If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA) or remains unused in its original sealed packaging, you're eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure to inspect and test all items as soon as they arrive – this 14-day window begins on the day you receive your order, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

Any manufacturer defects are fully covered under our 30-day Bronze Tier Warranty, offering added peace of mind. Please note that consumable items – such as e-liquid, flavouring, coils, tanks, drip tips, accessories, rebuildable supplies, and replacement parts – are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Warranty Coverage

Your Bronze Tier Warranty covers eligible items for 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back to us; we'll cover the cost of sending replacements.

What's Not Covered

  • Consumables, including e-liquids, flavours, disposable vapes, coils, tanks, rebuildables, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, and accessories
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or fire
  • Improper repairs or use outside of manufacturer guidelines
  • Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or finish imperfections
  • Sticky or unresponsive buttons, missing components, cross-threaded connectors, or bent 510 pins
  • Products that are no longer within the warranty period

What Is Covered

  • Non-functional or faulty LED/OLED screens
  • Malfunctioning charging ports
  • Battery issues, including auto-firing or failure to hold charge
  • Chipset or firmware-related malfunctions

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, including packages that are returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal. We can only accept returns on items that are factory sealed in their original packaging. Returns that are opened, incomplete, or show signs of use will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit in the form of reward points added to your account.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes are strictly final sale and are not covered under any warranty – no exceptions. Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. If your disposable vape arrives dead on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a clear, uninterrupted video showing the issue along with all original packaging. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will void any possibility of compensation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If your order is missing items or includes something you didn't order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dashvapes.com. Once we verify the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label for any incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost. Please note that if the original items are not returned within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned products.

Product Exchanges

Items that are dead on arrival (DOA) or fall within the warranty period are eligible for exchange and will be replaced with the exact same item in the same colour or option. If the original product has been discontinued or is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable alternative at our discretion. Please note that exchanges under warranty are strictly one-for-one replacements – refunds or store credit will not be issued.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Orders paid by cash , or debit are not eligible for direct refunds and will instead receive store credit in the form of reward points. Once returned items are received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. When applicable, reward points will be added to your account and can be used both online and in-store. Please note that original shipping fees incurred by DashVapes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International shipping fees are always non-refundable.

Underage Purchases

All shipments require Age Verification at the time of delivery. The carrier will not release your package unless you can provide valid government-issued ID proving you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or country.

If you fail age verification, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once returned, final sale items are strictly non-refundable. Any eligible items will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs incurred – both for the initial delivery and the return. These fees are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.

If you are underage, do not attempt to place an order. You will lose your money. This policy exists to comply with federal and regional laws, and no exceptions will be made.

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order, we've got you covered. Simply contact us, and we'll issue the difference as store credit. This guarantee ensures that you're never penalized for shopping early – just another way we stand behind our pricing and reward our customers for their loyalty.

Non-returnable & Final Sale Items

All clearance, overstock, final sale, or "as-is" items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns on consumable products such as e-liquid, flavor concentrates, disposable vapes, rebuildable parts, batteries, accessories, or replacement components. Any product showing signs of physical damage or misuse – including broken glass, stripped threads, water or fire damage, or general wear and tear from regular use – will also be ineligible for return. These conditions are non-negotiable and strictly enforced to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track and process your return efficiently. To request an RMA, simply visit https://dev.dashvapes.com/al/rma and complete the short form. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be delayed or rejected.

Return Address

After your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) within 30 days. Be sure to include a copy of your RMA approval email inside the package to avoid delays. All items must be packaged securely, and we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes both tracking and insurance. Please note that DashVapes Inc is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
